USDTWD opened at 30.282/340 and we heard agent banks are at 30.255/400. Spot was light yesterday, no significant flows either side. Buying interests below 30.260 still, and offer heavier above 30.300. Oil continued to buy and agent banks bided below 30.265. Whole day think they bought small USD 20mm yesterday.
